Eligibility for Refunds

Products Eligible for Refund/Return:

  • Damaged or defective products received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Products past expiry date (though we guarantee fresh products)
  • Unsealed or tampered packaging

Products NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Products with opened seals or consumed partially
  • Products without original packaging
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Refund Timeline & Process

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Report Issue: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (9311890018) or email (info@organicchakki.in)
  2. Provide Evidence: Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product with packaging
  3. Verification: Our team will verify your claim within 24 hours
  4. Approval: Once approved, refund will be initiated or replacement will be shipped
  5. Refund Processing: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Refund Timeline:

  • Online Payment (Razorpay): 5-7 business days to original payment method
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days (depends on bank)
Payment Method Specific Policies

Online Payments (Razorpay):

  • Full refund to original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet)
  • No deduction charges on genuine claims
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) - provide bank details
  • Or credit to Organic Chakki wallet for future orders
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after bank details verification
Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped
  • 100% refund if payment was made online
  • No cancellation charges applied
  • Cancellation can be done from your dashboard or by contacting us

Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled but can be refused at delivery
  • If refused at delivery, refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges (₹50-100)
  • COD orders refused at delivery will incur no refund as no payment was made

Cancellation After Delivery:

  • No cancellation possible after delivery
  • Only return/refund applies if product is damaged/defective (see above)
